Brendan Rodgers says Celtic expect a tough game against Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup final at Hampden Park.

Brendan Rodgers has praised Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes ahead of the Scottish Cup final and says Celtic expect a tough game at Hampden.

The Parkhead side go into Saturday's showpiece event at the national stadium, live on Sky Sports 1, having beaten Aberdeen five times this season, including a 3-0 win in the League Cup final in November.

Rodgers believes Celtic stand an excellent chance of completing a domestic treble if they play to their best at the weekend but says McInnes deserves credit for his work at Pittodrie in a season which has seen the Dons finish second in the Scottish Premiership and reach two cup finals.
