All the latest Arsenal transfer news and rumours from across the British and European press on Monday, July 24.

Alexis Sanchez's transfer to Paris Saint-Germain is on hold as talks collapse between Arsenal and the French club, The Sun reports.

And Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has claimed PSG are only trying to sign Neymar because they will miss out on Sanchez.

"No, I don't think he was in Paris. No. Paris Saint Germain cannot get Sanchez so they go for Neymar," he said in quotes carried by the Daily Mirror.

"I read L'Equipe in the last three to four days and it has moved from Sanchez to Neymar. You know they are speaking about Neymar, a few days they were speaking about Sanchez. They need a subject to write about.

"My mind has been made up for a while now. I think I've made it clear a few times that he is not for sale and this is my stance."

Monaco have demanded £55m for winger Thomas Lemar, who remains a key transfer target for Arsenal, according to the Daily Star.

The report suggests that the Gunners were hoping to land their man for around £25m but the Ligue 1 champions will only let the midfielder go for their most recent valuation.

According to the same newspaper, Arsenal have also reignited their interest in Sporting Lisbon midfielder William Carvalho, who wants to move to the Gunners.

They made a €23m (£20.6m) offer for the player during the 2014/15 season but were unsuccessful and are set to try again this summer.

Carvalho has a €45m (£40m) release clause in his contract, which expires in 2020, but Sporting president Bruno de Carvalho is willing to cut a deal for €30m (£27m).

On moves away from the club, Lucas Perez has been offered a staggering 10-year deal by old club Deportivo La Coruna, according to the Daily Express.

The striker has failed to make an impact since his move from the La Liga side a year ago and could be heading back to the club this summer.

Defender Laurent Koscielny has rejected Marseille's reported interest, saying he owes loyalty to Arsene Wenger and will stay at Arsenal.

Speaking to the club's official website, he said: "I have a long contract with Arsenal and I have [no reason] to leave the club. I am just here to enjoy my job and give everything for the team, and get the best results for the club. If I can do all of that, then I am happy.

"I am happy in my life every day, not just the football but my life with my wife and kids in London. We enjoy it, that's why I have stayed for a long time here.

"Wenger is a big inspiration for me. He bought me from France and has given me everything to help me play for Arsenal, and has helped me as a man too.

"I have a big loyalty to this club and to the boss too. I have stayed here for seven years and I have learnt a lot from him, so I am happy to be here with him and to fight for him because he is a great person."
