The latest Arsenal transfer news and rumours from across the British and European press on Wednesday, July 26.
Monaco winger Thomas Lemar is set to complete a £45m move to Arsenal as the exodus from the club continues, writes The Sun.
Bernardo Silva, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Benjamin Mendy, Valere Germain have already left the French champions, while the future of Kylian Mbappe remains uncertain.
And it appears that 21-year-old Lemar will get his wish to move to north London despite the French club initially holding out for £80m.
The Telegraph report that Alexis Sanchez is set for face-to-face talks with Arsene Wenger, when he will inform the Gunners boss whether he is prepared to stay at the Emirates for another season or not.
Sanchez is currently on an extended summer break following his exploits at the Confederations Cup with Chile, but he is expected back in England this weekend.
A meeting with Wenger is scheduled for Sanchez first day of pre-season training, and the Chilean is expected to confirm his desire to leave the club.
Finally, according to The Independent, Jack Wilshere wants to remain close to London if he moves on from Arsenal.
The 25-year-old has been told he can leave the Emirates and has attracted interest from Europe.
He would prefer a move to West Ham but Arsenal are demanding a fee in the region of £20m.
The Hammers have yet to make a move for Wilshere, who spent last season on loan at Bournemouth.
