Lincoln v Exeter preview: League Two play-off semi-final first leg live on Sky Sports Football

Lincoln Town v Exeter City

Lincoln hope to have Neal Eardley and Sam Habergham available for the first leg of their play-off semi-final against Exeter.

Eardley was forced out of the Imps' home draw against Yeovil last week and fellow defender Habergham has missed the last three matches. Both players are expected to shake off their respective injuries in time to feature, while boss Danny Cowley has no major new problems.

Midfielder Lee Frecklington was scheduled to return to training on Friday, but remains doubtful after sustaining an injury in the recent defeat at Accrington.

Exeter's Jordan Moore-Taylor, Ryan Harley and Craig Woodman are all in contention as they continue their comebacks from injury. Defender Moore-Taylor (knee) made his first start in over a month in last week's home win against Colchester, while Harley and Woodman - a second-half substitute - also came through unscathed.

Boss Paul Tisdale confirmed he has no new injury worries and will make late decisions on whether they will start. Midfielder Lee Holmes remains unavailable and will play no further part this season after undergoing ankle surgery.

Another season, another stab at the play-offs for Exeter City! Paul Tisdale's side suffered heartbreak at Wembley last May, but they've rallied well to give themselves another opportunity this campaign.

Highlights of the Sky Bet League Two game between Lincoln and Yeovil

For Lincoln, meanwhile, it's been a wonderful campaign on their return to the Football League and Sincil Bank will be rocking on Saturday. The League Two play-off semi-finals were so open last year, with Exeter beating Carlisle 6-5 on aggregate, and it would be great to to have another free-scoring tie this time around.

David Prutton predicts: 2-1 (15/2 with Sky Bet)
