Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa says the Sky Bet Championship leaders are in "good football health" as they target promotion to the Premier League.
Bielsa has started strongly at Leeds, steering the side top of the table after an unbeaten start to their league campaign, winning five of their eight matches.
Leeds, who have not played Premier League football since the 2003-04 season, currently sit one point above Middlesbrough as they prepare to host struggling Birmingham on Saturday.
Regarding the club's ambitions, Bielsa stated: "A club with such history as Leeds has to have the hope to go to the Premier League."
The Argentine added that he is in a privileged position, as he would not change the squad he has at Elland Road.
"We have 15 players and a group of young players, but I wouldn't change any of the players I have and not many managers can say that," he said.
"We have five or six young players with good possibilities, so this club has a good football health and all of the players, broadly speaking, are pretty young."
Bielsa also praised his squad for how they have adapted to his methods, insisting a player's willingness to adapt is just as vital as the style itself.
He said: "The assimilation of style is not only about the method. More important is the big influence of each player regarding his willingness to assimilate a new style.
"To convince the player to adapt a new style is more important than the style itself."
